I am still hanging on to my weight loss track! Sometimes I slip a little and one day a week I usually splurge. So far though I have lost between 5-8 lbs. I didn't pay very close attention to the scales the first time I weighed so I know it is definitely less, but the exact number is too close to call. I am so happy to have just lost a few pounds. I don't want to lose weight fast because I pile it back on twice as quick lol! Cross your fingers and say a prayer for me that I will stay on track :)
